Hey, I’m Catherine — but you can call me Cat.
I’m here to help you find your harmony. That feeling of peace, balance, and your own unique rhythm. That drumbeat of joy that’s always within reach, no matter what life throws your way.
Whether you’re navigating a life transition or just feeling out of tune, I’ll support you in reconnecting with your inner wisdom. It’s about shifting from reacting to life’s chaos to choosing how you truly want to show up in the world.
And I know this kind of transformation is possible – because I’ve lived it.
My Story (aka the road to harmony)
I used to be the eternal optimist. Smiley, sunny, glass-half-full… at least on the outside. But underneath that cheerful face was a girl who’d been deeply hurt.
I was bullied. A lot. For how I looked, for simply being me. Words can wound, and they did. I learned to hide the pain, stuffing it down until it inevitably surfaced. My self-worth took hit after hit.
Eventually, everything I’d buried erupted. I had a full mental breakdown – the kind where the world goes dark and small.
But in that darkness, I started finding tiny sparks. Little nuggets of wisdom. Diamonds, even. That’s when I began to uncover my own rhythm, my own joy. It had been there all along.
“A remarkable human being whose wisdom and insight enabled me to be heard and understood. Their support, positivity, and pure intention have been invaluable in transforming my life. Please accept my deepest gratitude.”
What I’ve Learned
Putting my own oxygen mask on first changed everything.
I stopped playing small.
Stopped giving away my power.
Stopped seeking validation in all the wrong places.
Here’s what helped me come back into harmony:
-
Feeling all the feelings. Anger, sadness, calm, joy — emotions are guides, not enemies.
-
Understanding the mind-body connection. It’s real, and it matters.
-
Simple tools and daily rituals that gently realign you when you wobble.
-
Drawing on both science and soul. From ancient Eastern practices to Western psychology — I’ve woven together what works.
And now, I want to share it all with you.
My Glasses
You might spot me wearing my blue-grey glasses. They’re part of my journey of accepting and supporting how my brain works.
I have Irlen Syndrome (also known as visual stress), and these lenses help bring calm, clarity and focus. For years I thought I was just a slow reader or someone who struggled to recall words — but it turns out my brain was simply processing things differently.
With these glasses, words stop dancing on the page, and everything feels that bit easier. It took me time to embrace them (I’d secretly hoped for pink or yellow!), but now I wear them with pride.
Sharing this here so you know — no need to ask, though you’re always welcome to — and so that together we can help make these things feel normal, accepted, and even a bit brilliant.
You’re not alone
I often think — I wish I had someone like me back then.
Someone to help me find the light.
To walk with me through the shadowy bits.
That’s who I aim to be for you.
So if you’re ready to go beyond surface-level fixes and explore what truly moves you – I’m here.
Let’s find your harmony. Your joy. Your way forward.
I can’t wait to meet you.
Cat x
