Who is Ollie?
Ollie and His Super Powers is a coaching approach that gets to the heart of what’s really going on underneath challenging behaviour, anxiety, or low confidence.
It is a therapeutic approach developed by Alison Knowles.
Each “super power” represents a part of us – like bravery, calm, or kindness – that we can learn to notice and strengthen. It’s not about removing emotions, but helping them work together as a team.
Through fun, practical tools and compassionate coaching, children feel more in control of their feelings and choices. Parents and carers gain insight and strategies that actually work.
The best part? It’s so simple to understand and implement. The simplicity makes it even more transformative – even your younger self will understand how it works.

groups
Alongside one-to-one coaching, I also offer group programmes for children and teens. These run over six weeks with small groups (usually 4–10 participants) and are designed to help young people build emotional understanding, resilience and confidence together. Group sessions can be arranged through schools via the Ollie and His Super Powers HQ, or locally with youth groups – just get in touch if you’d like to explore setting one up.
