And so I offer some program options, where we can really dive into what you’d like to work on.
Find Your Harmony
£400 | 6 x 1-hour sessions
This bespoke coaching series is for anyone feeling a little off-balance – like something’s not quite clicking, but you’re not sure what or why.
Together, we’ll gently explore the different areas of your life – home, relationships, work, health, or community – to see where things don’t quite feel aligned and where they feel out of sync. It could be a goal setting it needed, a past experience impacting how you want to be now or something holding you back. You get to invest in you.
We’ll find where you and your energy can be working in harmony.
What’s Included:
Session 1 and 2: Life mapping session – we identify areas where you want to feel more harmony and get to explore what’s blocking your flow.
Sessions 3–5: Change making techniques. Together we deep dive into each of the areas identified – helping you bring the balance you want.
Session 6: Integration & next steps – reflect, gather insights, and create your own personalised strategy to keep navigating through life’s ups and downs.
There will be laughter, healing tears and lightbulb moments.
Every session is tailored to you, helping you shift patterns and reconnect with all of you.
You’ll leave with: a clear set of steps to help keep balance across all areas of your life and a personalised toolkit with the confidence to maintain that new found harmony as life shifts and changes. If together we identify more than 2 goals, depending on the goals, we’ll need more than 6 sessions so we’ll chat about how we can achieve that.
Wonders of Wellbeing
£175 | 4 x 1-hour sessions (up to 3 people)
This isn’t a bootcamp – but you can choose to do it with a friend or two. This is about drowning out the noise of “do this, do that, try this, try that”. It’s an introduction to what actually supports your wellbeing and why.
Over four sessions, we’ll explore and immerse ourselves in the following:
- your key strengths
- your sleep
- your connections
- your movement
- your current ‘cup filling’ strategies
The simple stuff that often gets lost in the busyness of life. We’ll cover the science behind wellbeing – what works and why, and what doesn’t work and why.
Think of it as creating your own personal wellbeing kit: small-but-mighty liferafts you can reach for when the waves roll in.
We’ll look at:
- What fills your cup (and what drains it dry) and why
- How doing certain things help and why
- Letting go of what doesn’t work – with thanks and love, we say cheerio to those habits that just gave us short term gratification
No pushing. No pressure. Just practical, doable ways to feel more grounded and steady – one gentle science-led habit at a time.
You’ll leave with: your own collection of simple, effective techniques you can turn to whenever life feels overwhelming – plus the clarity and confidence to use them.
